Navjot Singh Sidhu ( I call him a Trojan Horse) resigned from Rajya Sabha in 2016 and joined Congress in January 2017 just a few days before the Punjab Assembly Elections…
I think it was a well planned move by Chanakya and The Boss, it would kill two birds with one stone in future…

Sidhu would be instrumental in destroying the Punjab Congress due to internal conflicts which would result in bringing the most powerful Punjab congress leader Capt Amarinder in to BJP in future..,

Well Kumar Vishwas ji has openly stated that @ArvindKejriwal met with several Khalistani terrorists and sympathisers during 2016 -17 Punjab Election Campaign and he openly confronted AK about it.
KV like everyone wasn’t aware that a sleeper cell of The Boss was already in the closest circle of AK and he was giving real time updates to the Raisina Hills about KV confronting AK openly…
KV was suffering from the same problem which most of the Good People suffers from:
“एक अच्छा व्यक्ति अक्सर सामने वाले में अच्छाई देखता, सामने वाले की धूर्तता अक्सर अच्छाई के मुखौटे के पीछे छुप जाती है”।।

KV rejected the offer for two reasons in my understanding:
1) He was loyal to AAP and its founding principles..
2) He was confident of getting a Rajya Sabha nomination from AAP…

Honestly I might be very Biased in favour of Kapil Bhai because I myself worked with him very closely from the beginning of his journey against @ArvindKejriwal …
I worked with him extensively in 2017-18 and because of it I am privy to some very interesting and important things but I can’t disclose these things without Kapil Bhai’s express permission…
Because of this reason I won’t be discussing Kapil Bhai’s role further…
All I can say is that Kapil Bhai played a very important role in exposing the traitor in AK …

“ I have known Arvind for 12 years and I can’t believe he took a bribe”…
But his suspicion on AK was increasing and he demanded an internal investigation on the allegations of corruption Satender Jain.
And by demanding investigation against Satender Jain the second weakness of Ego of the Dictator AK was activated ..
