Back in 2020, I started my Twitter account.
I heard about the trend of business owners showing Behind-the-Scenes through their personal brand and hopped on board.
I came here as an anon and started pushing value.
Despite being anon, I built a massive following and an even bigger trust.
Within about 1.5 years (by 2022), I was able to generate $1 million by launching SaaS and other products.
At $1M generated, it’d be ridiculous for me to overlook the fact that SOMETHING was working.
It clicked for me that there’s a REAL reason why so many already-established business owners are building personal brands.
People started coming to me and asking to PAY me to teach them how to build a presence.
One of those people who reached out to me was Carl Weische, owner of one of the biggest CRO agencies in the world.
He got his start on Twitter from the early stages of my program.
And he ended up closing $300,000 worth of deals in 90 days.
His competitor, Dylan Ander, joined my program in the same week in March 2022.
He made $50,000 in 2 weeks.
Despite the success they got, I still had no REAL offer.
This program was still in its earliest stages when I was testing out the waters.
I basically took a huge gamble (don’t tell them that) with the people I was helping — and it WORKED.
By this point, it seemed like a viable option, so I used my own account as a guinea pig.

Looking at the data of what other people are doing
Or creating & setting trends myself
I did both.
Things didn’t always work.
Different content styles started dying out.
Different engagement methods started dying out.
Different lead gen methods started dying out.
Anybody else would’ve thought this was the end of their agency.
But as a business person, I know the market is like a child.
It wants a new toy. A new fun. New friends. All the time.
I started testing new styles of content.
As trends popped up, I tested them on our clients' accounts to see if they performed well.
I realized we needed a system of adaptation for what would work best at a specific time.
We called them “protocols.”
Based on a specific “health check,” I can diagnose what protocol we need to introduce to a client’s account.
We do this as a weekly health check to this day.
From doing this for over 20+ clients plus 100+ people inside my community…
