Human sacrιfιce in the Bible:
The ✝️s accuse other cultures of practicing human sacrifice of their enemies or criminals starting from the Celtic tribes of Ireland to the native American cultures like Aztecs. But perhaps they need a mirror to see that their own God has absolutely no qualms in accepting human sacrifices. Some of them are shown below.
Judges 11: 29-30, 34-39
And Jephthah made a vow to the Lord: “If you give the Ammonites into my hands,  whatever comes out of the door of my house to meet me when I return in triumph from the Ammonites will be the Lord’s, and I will sacrifice it as a burnt offering.”
34 When Jephthah returned to his home in Mizpah, who should come out to meet him but his daughter, dancing to the sound of timbrels! She was an only child. Except for her he had neither son nor daughter. 35 When he saw her, he tore his clothes and cried, “Oh no, my daughter! You have brought me down and I am devastated. I have made a vow to the Lord that I cannot break.”
36 “My father,” she replied, “you have given your word to the Lord. Do to me just as you promised, now that the Lord has avenged you of your enemies, the Ammonites. 37 But grant me this one request,” she said. “Give me two months to roam the hills and weep with my friends, because I will never marry.”38 “You may go,” he said. And he let her go for two months. She and her friends went into the hills and wept because she would never marry. 39 After the two months, she returned to her father, and he did to her as he had vowed. And she was a virgin.

Some kings of Judah themselves sacrifice their sons.
II Kings 16:3
He (King Ahaz of Judah) followed the ways of the kings of Israel and even sacrificed his son in the fire, engaging in the detestable practices of the nations the Lord had driven out before the Israelites.
II Chronicles 33:6
He [King Manassah] sacrificed his children in the fire in the Valley of Ben Hinnom...

In Deuteronomy, God tells Isralaelites that when they fight Holy War against the pagan Canaanite city states, they should burn every living thing inside the cities as an offering to him.
Deuteronomy 13: 16
"And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, for the LORD thy God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again."
Deuteronomy 20: 16-17
16 However, in the cities of the nations the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes. 17 Completely destroy them -
NOTE: The Hebrew phrase "completely destroy" actually refers to the irrevocable giving over of things or persons to the Lord as in a sacrifice, by totally destroying them.

In Genesis, God asks Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac, to God, for testing his faith.
Genesis 22: 2
Then God said [to Abraham], “Take your son, your only son, whom you love—Isaac—and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on a mountain I will show you.”
Abraham actually prepared to sacrifice his son and only at the last moment, the angel of God thwarts him and says it was a test.
Genesis 22: 10-12
Then he reached out his hand and took the knife to slay his son. But the angel of the Lord called out to him from heaven, “Abraham! Abraham!”. “Here I am,” he replied. “Do not lay a hand on the boy,” he said. “Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son".
In the New Testament, Jesus is fully human and his death at the cross is a sacrifice to God for the sins of all humanity - so this means that Jesus himself is a human sacrifice for the sins of all of humanity. God sacrifices himself in human for himself.
John 1: 29
Behold, the Lamb of God (Jesus), who takes away the sin of the world!
Jesus, the human, is the lamb that is sacrificed by crucifixion (on the day of Passover in Jewish calnedar when lambs are sacrificed) to take away the sins of all of humanity once and for all.
