I run a $30,000/month digital product business.
I have 0 employees.
Here are 9 tools I use every day:
1. MailerLite.
Email marketing software that I use to build email lists and send newsletters. I can collect emails with lead magnets, automate workflows, and send weekly newsletters.
When it comes to the price and the value you get, in my opinion, it is the best option.
2. Webflow.
No-code website builder that I use for both Pathpages and my personal website. I create custom websites with it on a completely visual canvas with no code.
There are also database features that allow me to create even more complex websites with logic behind them.
3. TypeFully
Scheduling tool that I use to create and schedule my content on Twitter and LinkedIn.
From short posts to long posts, I can have a good writing and scheduling experience and also learn from my analytics.
4. Figma.
Design tool that I use to create everything for my business. From my social media posts to website design, logos, product visuals, marketing materials, and other design work.
Many people still use Canva; I really have no clue why.
5. ThriveCart
Checkout platform that I use to host all of my digital products and collect payments.
I previously used Gumroad but paying 10% when you're making $50k/month for this simple platform is pure insanity.
6. Plausible
Analytics tool that I use to view all my website traffic.
I previously used Google Analytics, but it's just too complex to even understand where your traffic is coming from.
7. Notion
Management tool that I use to manage all the things in between. From tracking my business finances, planning my week, outlining products, and much more.
I also sell all-in-one systems made for Notion on @pathpages
8. Spark
Email management tool that I use to send and manage my emails.
I have used this tool for many years and really haven't searched for any other options. It also has a mobile app that helps me catch up even faster.
9. Things
Task manager that is based on GTD method. This is by far the most efficient way to complete tasks that I have found.
I just wish it could have a collaboration feature. Other than that, it's perfect.
