18 valuable success tips I've learned over the past 18 years:
1/ If you don't believe in yourself, nobody else will. Become a fan of yourself first before seeking wider attention and acknowledgment.

2/ Strangers will often support you more than your friends and family. Don't be disheartened by that. Be encouraged.
3/ Learn to differentiate between friends, fans, followers, and customers. They overlap but they're not the same and your expectations and approach for each should be different.
4/ Growth is not linear. You can eat dirt for 10+ years and then have a year where it seems like you make more progress than the previous 10 combined.
5/ More people will support you once they see other people are supporting you. It's annoying but it's human nature.
6/ Most people quit too early. You can often win just by outlasting other people.
7/ Instead of thinking about how to make more money, think about how you can help more people. This mindset shift will force you to think creatively, produce more, and skyrocket your income.
8/ You need to have a level of self-belief that others may consider 'delusional' or even 'arrogant'. Your goals will be 'unrealistic' until you achieve them.
9/ Always be polite. There is no benefit to being rude. Don't believe the lie that you need to be a jerk to succeed.
10/ Thank the people who support you and constantly show gratitude. This is very important when starting out but maintain it as you grow.
11/ Give more than you ask for. Give at least 10x more than you ask for.
12/ Assume that everybody can teach you something and everybody knows something that you don't. Some will teach you what not to do.
13/ Value your own time and value other people's time. Wasting people's time is extremely disrespectful.
14/ Invest in yourself consistently. Particularly in your health and personal development. Make an effort to consistently be improving in some way.
15/ You can achieve more by yourself than you believe. But don't be afraid to ask for help.
16/ If you are afraid to sell then you won't make money. Learn how to sell and don't be ashamed to sell. Just make sure what you're selling is good.
17/ Be thick skinned. Some people will be surprisingly mean to you for no good reason. Don't take it personally. Remember, it speaks to their character, not yours.
18/ Don't give up. The more you want to, the closer you probably are to a breakthrough. You will be tested over and over again.
