You can go very far if you learn these. Use them often in my daily life.

Legitimacy means more than popularity. Something that ppl on here don't get. Legitimacy means you get stuff done and have a track record.
With that track record? Comes enemies. And allies. Hard decisions give legitimacy. Popularity is cage that limits your options.

Above all? Be mercenary. You are paid for your time. Give the value you are paid for. Never volunteer. If you give 110%, extract something in return for that 10%.
Avoid the impression you're cheap.
Make sure you have give and take. If this exists? Then trust...but verify.

Showmanship. Shakespeare said the world is a stage. And he's right. Hasn't changed in 400 years. Humans love it.
Make spectacles out of ordinary things. Market. Be compelling when you advocate ideas.
Get enough context to be memorable.
