Hon'ble SC upheld Hon'ble Alld HC's order that in an institution only the department has to be taken as a unit for reservation not the institution as a whole. Reservation is only applicable when seats are =>6. So Modi nullified this order of SC by introducing the below act โฌ๏ธ

BJP supporting GCs may argue that no party will oppose reservation as it may cause it's political death.
But they could've maintained status quo but they went miles ahead in strengthening the reservation system and it is they who have made it 360ยฐ and strangulated the GCs.
