Daily habits that strengthen a man’s frame.
1. Discipline is self love
A man can only love what he respects. This is true of women in romance too. How is self respect gained? Through acts of honor and discipline. A man who hates himself is a man who is ashamed by his weakness and laziness. Only by pushing away from pleasure and seeking the path of hardship can a man achieve self love.
2. Accumulation of discipline
A man gains pleasure from his discipline when it begins to reap benefits. The man who practices a musical instrument will sound rough at first but will begin to sound better with enough practice. Accumulation of discipline brings enjoyment and satisfaction to a man’s experience. Keep grinding towards mastery
3. Above emotions
Do you trust emotions in yourself or do you distrust them? A man must sacrifice sentiments and nostalgia for peace of mind. Do not flame emotions needlessly like a teen girl. Stop listening and watching emotionally sad things and only consume cold and brutal things. Keep the self from emotional introspection.
4. Work towards goals
A man should know where he is going. Always look forward to tomorrow. Make plans where daily grinds lead to tomorrow’s promise. Learn skills. Exercise. Train. Read books. Make adjustments and develop mastery.
5. Alcohol and drugs rob hope
A man who needs daily drink will have a weaker fortitude than a sober man. Sit with self and hold back the pain that seeks comfort. Replace bad habits with good habits. Lift weights or read during the hour of cravings and addictions.
Final note:
The best way to strengthen frame is to stay positive. Don’t let mistakes sink future attempts. Pick yourself up and dust yourself off. Tomorrow brings another opportunity and yesterday holds the lesson for change.
