Given the rate at which SARS-CoV-2 causes autoimmune disease, and the rate of neurological issues in Long Covid that doesn’t respond to other treatments, how many pwLC could have this completely new form of autoimmunity??

I think they mean here that is serum levels are kept very high the B12 might enter cells passively, thus avoiding the problems with the faulty cell transporters.
