7/ Seems within the realm of possibility that this pimp & cam girl entrepreneur Itzler, an inheritor of Lansky ties on both familial sides, would have been running a sex blackmail op of sorts (at least in some instances). The fact he recruited Gov Eliot Spitzer’s preferred call girl Ashley Dupré into the escort biz reinforces this notion.
