The BJP has kept the capex amount of Rs. 11.11 Lakh Crore promised in the interim budget.

MSMEs are present across India, and many states outside the BJP rule at the state level have huge clusters of MSMEs. They all will benefit from the new credit guarantees and assessment models. Same goes for FPOs, especially in Karnataka, Kerala, Kashmir, and the northeast.
The government's push for critical earth minerals will further strengthen India's place in the global supply chain. Who is naive here to assume it won't help Karnataka and Tamil Nadu in the long run? Won't they benefit from clusters setup for horticulture?
A strategy is being implemented to achieve self-reliance in oil seeds such as mustard, groundnut, sesame, soybean, and sunflower. Earlier this year, the Centre offered contracts to Punjab farmers to diversify eve with no upper limit on procurement? Where is the bias?
