Inherently, minorities live at the sufferance of the majorities.
What we are currently seeing is a deeply unnatural position, where the entire powers of the state are turned to creating an artificial position, where immigrants from less-developed cultures are privileged

The natural state is for the native population to say that they are superior, and to have the force to enforce their willpower. This natural state will be reverted to, unless all the powers of the state are concentrated on preventing that.

Once a natural state is returned to, there are numerous ways of expelling undesired foreigners.
There are laws. There are positive economic motivations. There are negative economic motivations. There are also older methods, though those hopefully would not be needed.
