What is stock market?
🫴The stock market is where people buy and sell small ownership pieces of companies, called shares.
Demand: If many people want to buy a stock, its price goes up.
Supply: If many people want to sell a stock, its price goes down.
Example:
• A company releases a popular product → High demand for its stock → Price increases.
• A company has a bad product review → More people want to sell its stock → Price decreases.
Let's take a real-time example that will help clear all your doubts, so you'll never forget how the stock market works and why its prices go up and down.

🎬🎟️Real Time Example:
• Imagine a concert where tickets are limited. The closer the concert gets, the more excited people become, and everyone wants a ticket.
• But there are only a few left. What happens? The ticket prices skyrocket because everyone is trying to get one.
• Now, think of the stock market like that concert. Stocks are the tickets, and if everyone wants to buy shares of a company (high demand), the price goes up. If people lose interest and start selling their shares (high supply), the price drops.
• The stock market is driven by this constant tug-of-war between supply and demand, just like the frenzy over those last few concert tickets.
👉This example will clarify any doubts you may have about the stock market's mechanics and the factors that influence share price movements. We can now proceed to the next topic: a winning system for successful investing.

A Winning System and it's importance:
• A Winning trading system is a set of rules and
strategies that consistently produce profitable
trades, helping traders achieve their financial goals.
• It combines market analysis, risk management,
and discipline to maximize gains and minimize
losses, resulting in a successful trading approach.
Let's discuss why it's important for traders?
✅A winning trading system is important for traders because it helps them:
• Make consistent profits💸: By following a proven
system, traders can avoid impulsive decisions and
stay on track.
• Manage risk✳️: A system helps traders set stop-
losses, limit positions, and avoid over-trading.
• Stay disciplined 🏅: A system keeps traders
focused on their strategy, avoiding emotional
decisions.
✌️ Let's assume there are 2 traders named
Mukesh 👨💻and Anil🧑💻
• Mukesh uses a system to buy stocks with strong
momentum and sell when they weaken.
• Anil buys stocks based on emotions, hoping they'll
go up.
• In a market downturn, Mukesh's system sells
stocks quickly, minimizing losses. Anil holds on,
hoping for a rebound, and loses heavily.
👉Conclusion: By using a winning trading system,
Mukesh protects his capital and stays profitable,
while Anil suffers significant losses

Trading Essentials: Strategy Overview
• Now that you know why it's important to have a winning system, as we move further, I would like to explain a winning momentum-based system I follow, called the VCP (Volatility Contraction Pattern).
• Which was created by the legendary @markminervini , a U.S. World Investing Champion and author of the bestselling book "Trade Like a Stock Market Wizard".
👇Also, I recommend books that you need to read. Before trading live, it's essential to have clarity about the concepts we will discuss. So, take the time to clear up the basics and do the necessary work, which will pay off for a lifetime.
📝Short Overview of VCP:
• VCP is a part of the supply and demand concepts.
•The main role that VCP plays is establishing precise entry point and the least resistance.

Important: Set Yourself Up for Success
Before moving forward, I want to emphasize that:
• If you don't put in the effort at the beginning, you will likely struggle significantly later on.
•There are many challenging tasks ahead that require your full attention and discipline to follow the process.
🙏Please, I request that you:
• Put in the work now, for your own benefit, and
• Do it wholeheartedly, for the first and last time, before achieving financial freedom.
⏭️The next topic we're going to discuss is the technical tools we'll be using. I'll also share the tools' links and guide you through the setup process. Let's get started!

before we move forward!"
💹After you sign up,
I assume that you have read the books I recommended, especially "Trade Like a Stock Market Wizard", so that your basics are clear and you have a good understanding of what VCP is and how it works.
However, I will still explain all possible topics to ensure your comprehension.
• Just a few indicators that I'm mentioning here need to be added to your chart layout for a trade setup.
1. EMA (This combines EMAs 8, 21, 50, and 200, which is helpful for those using a free TradingView account.)
2. Basic Volume (Search for "Volume")
👇I have shared a screenshot (SS) so you can see how it looks.

Trade Journaling (Notion Tool)
📑Why Journaling is important?
•A trade journal is a record of your trading activity, used to track progress, analyze mistakes, and refine strategies. It helps identify patterns, optimize performance, and develop discipline.
📝Notion Example: (Shared in screenshot)
🫰Importance of Journaling:
• Tracks trades: Monitor performance, identify strengths/weaknesses. 📈
• Analyzes mistakes: Learn from errors, adjust strategies. ❎
• Fosters growth: Recognize patterns, refine techniques. ⏫
• Develops discipline: Encourages responsible trading habits. 🥷
• Optimizes performance: Refine strategies, improve results. 🏃
By maintaining a trade journal, you'll cultivate a growth mindset, learn from mistakes, and become a better trader.
✅I highly recommend the Notion tool ((link unavailable)), which I've been using since I started day trading.
This tool not only tracks my trades but also helps me elevate my trading journey to new levels.
As humans, we're surrounded by emotions, making it challenging to assess trades and mistakes objectively.
🙏Using Notion has been a game-changer for me. Try it out and thank me later :) 👇👇

🧐Why Scanning matters ?
• Scanning thousands of stocks manually may seem daunting, but precision is key.
• While automated tools can streamline the process, they might miss critical nuances.
• I manually analyze all the stocks in the Universe list to create my buyable trade setups for the watchlist.
💻Screening Tools:
✅This scanner will help you identify the top stocks in the list. Check it out here: (chartink.com)…
• When I'm busy with work and don't have time to scan 600-1000 stocks, I use this second screener. This tools filter stocks into almost half based on criteria I've set, saving me time.
✅Check it out here: chartink.com
🙏I highly recommend starting with the Universe list, as it provides a broad market perspective rather than focusing on a narrow selection of stocks.

🧿Situational Awareness:
👉What is Situational Awareness (SA)?
Dealing with the markets requires more than just
technical analysis! Situational awareness in trading
refers to the ability to understand and adapt to the
current market environment, considering various
factors that impact trading decisions.
👉I've already shared SA insights for a beginner.
I will create a separate thread to discuss specific
