The Watchers: A Deep Dive in Angelolgy & Demonology🧵
Hosea 4:6 reads, "My people are DESTROYED for LACK of KNOWLEDGE; because you have REJECTED knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me.
Today, we will discuss the Study of Angelolgy and, it's shadow aspect, Demonolgy.
The Physical Realm is flanked by Seven Demonic Realms below and Seven Angelic Realms above, all happening simultaneously. In each plane of exsistence are multiple "entities".
There is different classes of what we now call "Angels and Demons", a Celestial Heirarchy, if you will.
What does this mean?
To put it simply, we must discuss the 'Genius of Masonry'.
What exactly was a GENIUS to the Romans?
In Rome, the Genius was, not simply a intelligent person, BUT the individual instance of a divine nature present in every individual person, place or thing.
Pythagoras taught that the AIR is full of souls which are called genii, heroes or daimons. He believed that these Spirits affected our thoughts, dreams and health. Some of these daimon are beneficial, other malignant. Paracelsus called them Nature Spirits or Elementals.
Over time this concept devolved into Angels, Demons and Jinn. The Genius of Man, the Muse or Holy Spirit became DEMONIZED. The Holy Guardian Angel, the Greek Daemon was now a DEMON, disconnecting Man from his Shadow Side.
In Earlier Aeons, in Greece, Socrates taught that each man had a PERSONAL Daimon, a Divine Entity which "inspired" him his whole life. Socrates stated that the each individual's Personal Soul (or "Higher Self") is the leading guardian Daimon of every man.
Socrates stated that no Daimon has more power over us than our own. Socrate's Belief in the Personal Guardian Daimon inspired the Thelemic Concept of the Holy Guardian Angel. Today, these are called "Spirit Guides".
The Ancient Aryans called these Unseen Spirits Pitris & Devas.
Daimons were known to the Persians as Devs; the Egyptians call them Afrites. In the Book of Enoch, they were known as the Grigori or WATCHERS. The Romans mistakenly classified them as G-ds. Finally, the Church Fathers classified them into two groups: Angels and Demons.
Only to be forgotten by Man long ago, in another time and aeon, these Nature Spirits (Elementals) were friends of Man, living side by side UNTIL the "Sons of God" mated with the "Daughters of Men". That line was never supposed to be crossed and had dire consequences.
Manly P. Hall writes, "Paracelsus first gave to the European world its concept of the nature spirits. He taught that the functions of nature were under the control of little creatures who were invisible to the normal senses, but who, working through the kingdoms of life."
Hall continues, "As already stated, the Nature spirits are without hope of immortality, although some philosophers have maintained that in isolated cases immortality was conferred upon them by adepts and initiates who understood certain subtle principles of the invisible world."
"As disintegration takes place in the physical world, so it takes place in the ethereal counterpart of physical substance. Under normal conditions at death, a Nature spirit is merely resolved back into the transparent primary essence from which it was originally individualized."
Hall finishes, "The Nature spirits are subhuman in their rational intelligence, but from their functions--limited to one element--has resulted a specialized type of intelligence far ahead of man in those lines of research peculiar to the element in which they exist."
Similarly to Paracelsus, Samuel Aun Weor taught that all the plants of nature are living Elemental Spirits. Plants should be treated as living beings, harvested at the proper hours etc. The Elementals of all plants are aspects of The Divine Mother in the form of Mother Nature.
On a vibrational level and in Metaphysics, these 'Elementals' are known to have the ability to come in and out the visible light spectrum and other great "gifts" like Transformation. Hence, around the world they became known as Fairies, Skinwalkers, Shapeshifters or Changelings.
But, there is actually Four Main Types of Elementals according to Hall: Fairies, Gnomes, Fire Salamanders & Water Sylphs which correspond to the Four Classical ELEMENTS (Air, Earth, Fire and Water).
Helena P. Blavatsky writes, "Between the highest and lowest Gods (embodied Souls) are three classes of Daimons, and peoples the universe with invisible beings, a playground of blind forces, or as the later Christian Theologians, who call every pagan God, a dæmon, or devil."
"Of these three classes the first two are invisible; their bodies are pure ether & fire; Daimons of the third class are clothed with vapoury bodies; they are usually invisible, but sometimes make themselves visible for a few seconds. These are the earthly spirits (astral souls)."
Heracleides agreed sayind that there are "Daimons with airy and vaporous bodies". He affirmed that Souls inhabit the Milky Way before descending "into generation" or sublunary existence, traveling through the influence of the Seven Gates of thr Planetary Archons.
But, not all these Nature Spirits are Benevolent, far from it.
Hall writes, "The terms incubus and succubus have been applied indiscriminately by the Church Fathers to elementals. The incubus and succubus, however, are evil and unnatural creations."
"Whereas elementals is a collective term for all the inhabitants of the four elemental essences. According to Paracelsus, the incubus and succubus (which are male & female respectively) are parasitical creatures subsisting upon the evil thoughts and emotions of the astral body."
"These terms are also applied to the superphysical organisms of sorcerers and black magicians. While these larvæ are in no sense imaginary beings, they are, nevertheless, the offspring of the imagination (THOUGHT-FORMS!)."
"The ancient sages recognized them as the invisible cause of vice as they hover in the ethers surrounding the morally weak and continually incite them to excesses of a degrading nature. Frequenting the atmosphere of the dope den, alchoholics, and brothels (or Modern Day PORN)."
These are the Biblical Principalities of the Air that were mentioned by St. Peter.
Hall writes, "The Church gathered all the elementals together under the title of demon. This is a misnomer with far-reaching consequences, the average mind thinks a demon means an evil thing."
Hall wrote, "The Nature spirits are essentially no more malevolent than are the minerals, plants, and animals. Many of the early Church Fathers asserted that they had met and debated with the elementals."
Hall, also, claimed to converse with multiple benevolent Elementals.
