Later some parishioners who paid thousands to the Catholic Church to go, including my mom: “they wanted us to go out to the streets and “save” (take) children off the streets and out of fields to bring them to these orphanages.”
When I pointed out to her that this was “abducting” children she agreed she was uncomfortable with that part of the experience and didn’t partake in that. She only wanted to help by bringing them cheer, donations & presents.
When I asked if they were asking parents of these mostly boys if it was ok, she said there was no training on this. I was like “WTAF!’ My response was more offensive to this very Catholic lady. She never went again though. I was furious this good lady was used like that.
When these children (primarily boys which the Church was housing in these orphanages) hit 16-to-18 they were then on their own, turned out. Many having lost contact with family. Imagine the emotional roller coaster for these boys who got used for donations.
Now these Catholic NGOs are again trafficking them to and into interior US again making bank off them. I reported on this in 2017 and 2018!

🔼. NO, I do not blame all Catholics but do wish they’d wake up to the crimes of the Vatican.
