"I do not think that anyone in existence imagines that they are ever independent of Allah, the Blessed and Exalted. Rather, I believe that Pharaoh, Nimrod, and others who claimed divinity were merely pretending, while in their innermost being..
they acknowledged their own poverty and need for their Creator, who created and managed them during their youth and childhood, while they were in their mother's womb before they could recognize their wealth or poverty...
Especially when they need food or drink, or are compelled to expel them, or when they feel pain from the slightest thing, such as the death of a loved one, or even the death of a part of their body; or from lack of sleep, overwhelming drowsiness, or a throat irritation, which
is trivial compared to what befalls creatures. Blessed is Allah, the Lord of the worlds"
