In a perfect market condition, two correlated assets should move in harmony with each other.
PRICE REVERSALS
If one asset fails to reach the swing high/low, it signals a potential price reversal.
This must be paired with NARRATIVE & DRAW ON LIQUIDITY. And perfectly applied at key levels, external and internal range liquidity to confirm reversals.
Every SMT divergence does not signal a trend reversal.

Based on this, I anticipate my entry accordingly.
I treat SMT as just an confluence and always use it in alignment with my overall market context.
โข If Iโm BULLISH, Iโll look to long for the stronger asset, indicated by the one failing to break the swing low.
โข If Iโm BEARISH, Iโll look to short the weaker asset, indicated by the one failing to break the swing high.
