If You Want to Fix Your Gut Health,
Here’s every strategy I could come up with:
1. Avoid antibiotics at all costs. x.com
Instead, knock out bad bacteria, viruses, fungus, and parasites with:
• Oil of oregano
• Black seed oil
• Caprylic acid
• Black walnut hull
Or products with blends of these
2. Eat fermented foods like:
• yogurt
• kefir
• raw sauerkraut
• kimchi
• kombucha
They introduce healthy bacteria called “probiotics” into your gut.
The hottest thing right now is making your own probiotics at home.
The NY Times best-selling book, “Super Gut” started it all.
It just takes 1 capsule of probiotics to start an endless supply of probiotic-rich yogurt.
3. Eat prebiotic fibers
Prebiotics are what probiotics feed on.
Think vegetables, avocados,
Apples, berries.
Legumes, and nuts.
4. Stop drinking alcohol.
It’s no brainer, I know.
But it’s worse than you think.

5. Stop Drinking Tap Water
Chlorine was first used as a chemical weapon in World War 1.
It's no wonder that Harvard researchers found that drinking chlorinated tap water changed the gut microbiome, reducing diversity and altering the balance of bacteria.
7. As well as at least 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 with K2, magnesium, and fish oil.
8. Avoid sugar, processed foods, and seeds oils.
9. Consider a keto, paleo, or carnivore diet for at least a few weeks.
10. If you can’t do that, at least determine what foods you’re sensitive too and avoid those for a while. IMUPRO has a great test for this.
11. Practice intermittent fasting and longer fasts if you have the will power.
13. Reduce your stress.
Anxiety is a gut killer.
Consider trying one or more of these: Kava kava, ashwagandha, SAM-e, selank (peptide)

14. Prioritize sleep:
No caffeine after noon. No phone use in bed. Instead, read a book under incandescent light.
Try deep breathing to relax.
Use melatonin or other natural sleep products as needed.
And ear plugs, eye mask, cold room or cooling mattress pad.
15. Stop doom scrolling. If you can’t control it, only use social media on your computer.
16. Watch less TV and exercise more.
17. Read “Dianetics” and try it. I use it every day.
The good news is that fixing your gut will improve your mood.
95% of serotonin is produced in your gut.
Other neurotransmitters and hormones (including GLP-1) are produced in the gut too.
Improving your gut health doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
By making a few simple changes, you can start feeling better, have more energy, and support your overall well-being.
Start with one or two things today and see how your gut responds.
A bit about me:
30 years ago, my health was a disaster.
• Chronic pain,
• Crippling anxiety, and
• A broken immune system were my “normal.”
Since then, I’ve invested 7-figures traveling the world, researching advanced health and performance-enhancing technologies, and sharing what works.
