There is no value for anyone in “Never Again” if it’s specific to one group of people. The specificity is what leads to the fascist, genocidal, and deeply antisemitic tendency.
By making this a specific claim, zionist institutions create an illusion of human rights, while omitting marginalized peoples from public discourse—making them more vulnerable, and thus exploitable targets of violence. This is part of why zionism is an appealing to fascists.
The ADL is a perfect example. They position themselves as as a progressive force against discrimination, but for decades animate massive surveillance systems that are integrated into the state to tear apart black communities, student rights movements, and Palestinian activists.
