How to do it? 1)keep your index fingers together and bend all the other fingers such that they are intertwined (like how you would make a fist).
2) Point your index finger towards the ground. Stay here for a few 15-20 seconds while focussing on your breath.
3) Exhale at ease
Do this 15 minutes on start and end of the day, Can be practiced when you are stressed or emotionally drained due to external events but wanted to move on from it When done in a Dharbhasana with pranayama at beginning and end does help to replenish positive aura
