How you can tan without sunscreen, sunburn, or skin cancer:
a thread for my pale friends
Everyone looks better with a tan.
You might think sunburn and skin damage is a foregone conclusion, but itโ€™s not
You just need to follow these simple steps to tan responsibly:
1. Eat Retinol (vitamin A)
This vitamin is crucial for overall skin health.
high quality animal fats, liver, and grass fed milk are the best sources
2. Eat more cholesterol
Cholesterol is needed to convert UV rays into vitamin D.
Most people are deficient, and without it, all the UV can do is burn you
3. No seed oils
They oxidize directly inside your skin due to the power of the UV radiation
and people wonder why they get red and rashy
3.1. Detox seed oils
You know the deal โ€” vitamin E, sauna, weight loss
5. Collagen
Need to strengthen the skin to handle the intensity of the sun
Eat more collagen, will make skin strong and supple
Once thatโ€™s taken care of, you may then approach the sun with reservation
Go slow, and build up a tolerance, and you will turn into a living bronze statue
