How To Get A Chiseled Jawline
⚫Thread⚪
1. Reduce Your Body Fat %
Before you do anything else, make sure your body fat % is low enough to even see what your real face looks like with the excess fat covering it.
2. Tongue Posture
Also known as mewing, it's the simple habit of placing your tongue at the roof of your mouth (especially the back) and keeping it there at all times.
What that does is it makes your jawline expand and become more chiseled over time.
3. Chew Harder Foods
You want to do that because chewing harder foods works your jaw muscles, if you work them more often, then your jawline will eventually become more chiseled.
Some examples:
• Raw Carrots
• Ribeye Steaks
• Apples
• Pears
4. Take Smaller Bites
You want to take smaller bites because filling your mouth up forces your buccinator muscles to expand, making your cheeks look puffy.
This doesn't affect the jawline directly, but having puffy cheeks makes it look less chiseled, and we want to avoid that.
5. Proper Breathing
Many people have receding chins and other facial deformations simply because they've been mouth breathing all their life.
You want to breathe through your nose at all times, to avoid any facial deformations and correct those you may have made.
6. Water Retention
Retaining too much water in your face makes you look fatter than you actually are, you can correct that by:
• Avoiding alcohol
• Exercise regularly
• Eating less carbs
• Sleeping more
7. Optimize Testosterone
You will develop more masculine facial features when your raise your testosterone, that includes the jawline.
Here are a few ways how:
• Sleep more
