MYTH: “eating too little cant cause obesity”
FACT: Eating too LITTLE causes obesity...

eating too little foods that are high in protein & healthy fat worsens obesity
eating too little of satiating foods that leave you satisfied for hours worsens obesity

So yes, eating too little is actually a problem!
In fact, I encourage many of my patients with obesity to eat MORE of these foods, & they lose weight.

Eating is a 0 sum game in the longterm. Either you eat enough of filling foods or you will pay for it, in a more desperate moment, when your starving b/c you ate too little & then you eat whats available
