14 warning signs you need a break:
We always have a reason to work hard.
We try to be strong and committed.
I was there many times.
But at some point, we start missing the bigger picture.
We jeopardize our health, relations, and happiness.
Our future.
Check if you are in that risk zone:
1. Motivation is lost completely.
You keep doing your routines but there is not even a sign of joy in that.
2. You start doing too many mistakes.
You know your usual results. But you feel that you fail a lot recently in the same position with the same duties.
3. You can't stay focused.
Even if you want to keep focus, you lose it quickly.
4. You stopped prioritizing.
You know that you have more to do than you can. That's why you everything that comes to your hands. Without any priority without any queue.
5. You are under permanent stress.
You feel the tension all the time. And nothing helps to take it away.
6. You are tired all the time.
No sleep, no day off helps you to return the energy to your body.
7. You solve problems in your sleep.
Your brain processes problems all the time. You can't just sleep peacefully. It becomes an obsession - to solve the issue.
8. You are falling sick often.
It doesn't matter what disease. Health problems haunt you.
9. You have dinner at the office.
Because there are too many things to do. Again and again.
10. You are neglecting yourself.
It could be your cleanliness, health, sleep, or nourishment.
You just level it for better times.
11. You are never at home.
Even when family or relatives waiting for you. You always have the reason why you can't come earlier.
12. You can't cope emotionally with the family.
You react emotionally to your loved ones. Their simple actions drive you crazy. And it wasn't always like that.
13. You have no social life.
You like to communicate or hang out. But you can't find time for that.
14. You reject every occasion to have fun.
Every such opportunity you treat as irrelevant, or even absurd.
Consider taking a break, at least.
You could be close to burnout.
After that, your goal or anything else will matter.
