1. STOP
Get out of the damn sun. When we talk on twitter about tanning naked it's bc our skin is adjusted to it. If yours isn't, then get out of the sun.
If you notice yourself getting to hot or starting to burn, put on linen clothes or get in the shade

2. Post burn
If you have found yourself burned, that evening and at every opportunity, apply one of three things to your skin:
- coconut oil
- fresh aloe (from a stem, not a bottle)
- Tallow balm (my favorite)

3. Recover
Don't go out in the sun until it's fully healed. Obvious.

Red light therapy heals all sorts of skin problems (by accelerating the rate of new collagen production), so it can help with sunburn too
