500 (or less) Testosterone Is Unacceptable.
Here's why 👇
To be 100% transparent, there is no "universal" number where you start to run into problems despite what the industry tells you.
It depends on the individual.
However, you can start to expect some of these problems to start cropping up to some degree when you go well below 500.
1. Physique
It's really difficult to have an impressive, attractive physique when your testosterone is low, and it's very easy to have the Dad Bod physique.
Muscle gain is harder to achieve, estrogenic adipose tissue is easier to grow.
Not good.
2. Success
If you're already a multi-millionaire, then this doesn't really apply as much.
But *building* wealth is an awful lot harder with 300 T than it is with 1000 T.
The energy, ambition, drive, dopamine signalling etc. just isn't going to be there on the same level.
3. Relationship/Sexual problems
An awful lot of relationship problems can stem from the bedroom.
Whether it's ED, some kind of performance anxiety, or something else, it can ruin the connection for both people.
Often, hormones are to blame.
4. Lack Of Discipline
A lot of men end up either:
> Letting their emotions get in the way of their end goal
> Losing that hunger for the reward (poor dopamine signalling)
>Getting easily distracted and losing mental focus
All of which can be caused by low T.
By the way if you're lacking discipline and want to get your T up to the ideal range (which is 800-1200, not sub 500), then check out the eBook below:

5. Brain Fog
This is extremely common, and can either be a dietary issue, a deep-rooted psychological problem, or a hormone problem.
Or a mix.
For MOST people though it can be fixed via diet (& by extension, hormonal health).
Brain fog can destroy productivity & needs fixing.
I've only just begun to scratch the surface on the problems that the Testosterone Pandemic is causing.
But if you'd like to save yourself, check out the free guide below.
It goes into a lot more detail on how to get to 800-1200 T (without TRT):
