Monsoon & Rainy season is a season of Pitta dosha ( means fire is highly active in stomach so over eating & having oily, spicy food can cause major stomach issues ) so one should avoid spicy foods specially in this season rather one should go for food items those are alkaline,
In nature having rich content of water including fruits and food both but avoid Things relates to curd mixed with water i.e lassi, buttermkl etc. Oil and spices should be balanced in nature. All the outside food those are rich in oil can cause gastero issues in rainy season
Pitta Dosha is highly active from May, June, July & August after that season of Vatta will dominate in nature so vatta dosha related diseases can trigger so balanced diet is solution that should be done with Season fruits & Like warm water and maximum water intake to avoid heat
