The Bug Book

⏳ Time: 2 minutes
Self awareness is key to personal growth. But it’s hard to look at yourself objectively.
The Bug Book gives you space to truly observe yourself… like a scientist studying a bug:
Vision Story
🎯 Goal: Strategic thinking
⏳ Time: 30 minutes
Paint yourself a picture of success.
Fast forward in your mind to 12 months from now. Write a story about all you've accomplished in the last year.
Share the obstacles you faced and how you overcame them.
Reflection Letter
🎯 Goal: Personal growth
⏳ Time: 25 minutes
Think about yourself 12 months ago. Write a letter to that person.
Tell them the good, the bad, and the ugly. Most important, be kind.
Thank them for getting you to where you are today.
Worry List
🎯 Goal: Anxiety relief
⏳ Time: 10 minutes
Next time you feel overwhelmed, create a worry list.
Write down EVERYTHING on your mind:
- Work
- Life
- Irrational fears
Put it all down on paper.
Now address them one by one.
Write in Public

Build your audience while building your business.
Share your startup journey by writing daily: The ups, the downs, and everything in between.
