It's never too late to start. I firmly believe that.

Walk daily.
Work your way up to 10k steps a day.

7-8 hours.
This is non-negotiable.

Eat more protein.
Stop consuming processed sugar.

Start with Atomic Habits by James Clear
β€’ Journal your journey.
Write daily. This will save you thousands in counseling.
β€’ Do something kind for someone today.
Journal about it.
Do it for them.
Do it for you.
Don't share it on social media.
β€’ Be grateful.
Journal about it.
Write 10 things every day.
You are blessed beyond measure.
β€’ Encourage someone.
Call someone.
Call your mom.
Call that person you need to forgive.
β€’ List your fears.
Face them one at a time.
β€’ List 10 beautiful things about ... you.
Be kind to yourself.
No one will believe in you like the person in the mirror.
β€’ Rise earlier.
Get a head start on the rest of the world.
Work your way to 5am. You can get more done by 9am than most of the world will all day.
