A lot of you seem to take this. Thereโ€™s nothing WRONG with it, but letโ€™s look at how we can optimize our supplement stack.

Thatโ€™s a decent amount of omega 3, but the vitamin D is way too low. Unless you are out in the sun all day, I recommend people take at least 5,000 IU of vit D.

We know from my previous thread that studies show that you need a lot less of the omega 3โ€™s in krill oil to achieve the same or better results as fish oil (~65% less), because the phospholipids in krill make it infinitely more bioavailable.
