Burpees are a great way to never build muscle and hate doing exercise.
Avoid.
Yes, they are good for "mental toughness."
But there are numerous ways to build mental toughness without ruining your joints and putting your back out.
Throwing yourself on the floor is great if you're fighting in a war zone.
Not great for health or building muscle.
