Step 1: 3 Pillars
Pick the 3 major areas of your life, for example:

β’ Wealth
β’ Relationships
Then pick 1 BIG goal from each category you want to work on and accomplish over the next 90-days.
Make them achievable but not super easy.

Step 2: Set Milestones
What do you have to compete by the end of these 90 days?
Break that down into 30 days chunks.
For each goal, you selected what must be completed?
Have 30 and 60-day milestones.
This will help you stay on track to achieve your goals by the end of Q4.

Step 3: Weekly Breakdown
Every week you have to select BIG rocks for each category that will move you towards your goals.
Every day think to yourself, what are the 3 most important things I need to do to have a good day?
Never have more than 3 BIG tasks to do each day.

Step 4: Backward planning method
Jump forward in your mind 90-Days and ask your future self what it was like to achieve these goals.

Review your last 90 or 180 Days to give you fuel.
1. What were your winning achievements?
2. What interested you and gave you confidence?
3. Where have you made big shifts mentally, emotionally, and physically?
The past is there for you to use positively.
