Boron decreases calcium(Ca) & magnesium(Mg) excretion (urination) significantly. Thus increasing Mg status/absorption without taking more Mg. As most of health Twitter know’s Mg is essential to health
It also increases Mg & Ca mineralization in Bones & Teeth (think kids)

Boron ⬆️ Extra-Cellular Matrix Protein Production. Collagen, Connective Tissue, Wound Healing are all limited by Deficiency & improved via supplementation
Think recovery, the tissue that takes the longest to recover is connective tissue because it has limited perfusion

Boron increases the biological half-life & bioavailability of both VitE2 & VitD. This is because Boron inhibits an enzyme-24 Hydroxylase-that degrades these Vit’s. As a result it improves the bioavailability & regulation of Sex Hormones

My personal experience is that 6mg/Daily supplementing took me from 700 to 1050 Test. In fact I only take large doses 3d/wk now because otherwise I’m walking around w/ a raging hard on all day

Boron Deficiency may be the missing link in Vitamin D “POOR RESPONDERS”- people who have trouble improving status despite sun or endogenous supplementation. Vitamin D is a crucial master hormone for proper endocrine function/optimization

Note many of these foods have high amounts of anti-nutrients. Avocado 🥑 and prunes are good natural options but you still want to be supplementing

I generally take these life essentials boron pills 3x a week as well as supplementing low dose borax in my water throughout the day

And keep in mind you don’t want Boron in isolation your looking for balanced intake of all key minerals
