Now to the ingredients
Chicken laps(used 2, pls do more)
Pat dry & make incisions on skin
Marinate with:
*Salt (start with 1 Tspn)
*Seasoning powder (1-2 cubes)
*Paprika Powder (1 Tspn but Optional)
*black pepper (1 Tspn)
*Onion Powder (or just do fresh paste)

*Suya pepper πget from any supermarket or beg those suya Aboki for small π
*fresh Ginger/Garlic (Blend into a paste with tiny water...you can throw in some onions too)
*Then Greek yogurt (Anything yogurt sha to tenderize & heighten chicken flavors) 2-4 Tbspn is ok.

*Mix together & leave chicken to soak up marinade for atleast 1 hour.
*Grill and flip at 180 c for 45 minutes on one side and another 45.
