The Sun, Circadian Biology, and Importance of Minerals
THREAD
The sun is the source of all life on this planet. To deem it as dangerous is the most ludicrous idea.
Anything in excess can cause harm including water, food, and over doing sun exposure.
The circadian rhythm your body operates on determines everything from your digestive function, sleep cycle, hormone production, and neurotransmitters.
Most people are severely deficient in sun exposure. The mainstream fear mongering and promotion of toxic sunscreens has done far more harm than sunlight ever could.
Spiritually, there are immeasurable benefit to being in the sunlight. This could be because of the benefits to the pineal gland that controls our circadian biology. Heavy metal toxicity, mineral and light deficiency are at the root of an improper functioning pineal gland.
Minerals are required to optimize the utilization of sunlight at the cellular level. Sulfur, an abundant and crucial mineral in the body is required in conjunction with cholesterol to bring the electricity of the sunlight to your cells, through what is called (ENOS).
Endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase.
ENOS is severely depleted due to heavy metal toxicity, glyphosate exposure, and mineral deficiencies in sulfur and zinc.
The fundamental aspect of upgrading all areas of your health will begin with your relationship to light, minerals and electromagnetic fields. The sun itself is the most powerful force of healthy native EMF.
If you begin to optimize your relationship to natural light, native EMF, remineralization and detoxification of heavy metals, you will raise your internal vibratory potential which will allow you to achieve greater states of health on all planes.
If you’d like to know more about how to deeply mineralize and detoxify your body of heavy metals that are disrupting your bodies ability to have a proper relationship to the sun, check out my E-Book here.

Tips:
1. Avoid all seed oils, eat an abundance of healthy fats from olive oil, coconut oil, ghee, tallow, butter.
2. Include plenty of shilajit, sea salt, sulfur from MSM and sulfur rich foods.
3. Astaxanthin, topical coconut oil, and gradual exposure will reduce sunburn.
4. Sun-gaze during the first 20 last 20 minutes of sunlight, each day. This will optimize your circadian rhythm and reduce any inflammatory effects of over exposure to mid day sun.
