Try implementing this 10 tips in order to lower estrogen:
1) Consume a methylator such as betaine or choline to help detoxify estrogen.
2)Since estrogen are predominantly stored in bodyfat make sure to be around 8-13% bf for men and 13-20% bf for women.
3)Limit exposure to estrogenic chemicals (BPA, phytoestrogens, parabens, filter your water etc).
4)Consume enough retinol and zinc.
5)Lower stress by sleeping well, eating meals that include carbs and grounding.
6)Consume adequate amounts of saturated fats.
7)Attack endotoxins with a salad made out of: carrots, ACV, ginger, coconut oil, 30-50grams of beed liver and blackseed oil 3-5 times a week.
8)Make sure to get daily sunlight.
9)Avoid grains and legumes.
10)Get quality vitamin E from kernel palm oil and EVOO.
