The root cause of cellulite.
A thread on how to naturally get rid of cellulite once and for all.
*Standard disclaimer that this does not constitute medical advice*
Cellulite is the name for collections of fat that push against the connective tissue beneath a person's skin.
It affects mostly women and often appears on the lower body and the stomach making the surface
of the skin to appear dimpled.
Cellulite is not a matter of if something looks good or not.
It is a matter of if someone is healthy or not and cellulite is an easy sign that someone can use in order to prevent future health problems.
Nothing else, nothing more.
So please if you are struggling with cellulite, address the things that we are going to discuss in this thread not just to get rid of cellulite but to improve and protect your health in general.
So there will be no mention to lasers, creams or anything similar.
On a last but necessary note: cellulite is not lipedema.
The good news is that everything that we discuss here helps lipedema as well.
So let's address the most common rout cause of cellulite and what you can do about them.
This is: Estrogen dominance*
How do estrogens create cellulite?
Estrogenic substances increase the accumulation of fat specifically in the areas that are typically affected by cellulite.
Estrogen renders the fibroblasts more hydrophobic and predisposes them to water retention
and edema.
So it increases the leakage from the cells (by increasing the permeability) and promotes the formation of sclerotic tissue.
Nowadays we are living in a sea of estrogenic substances and most women do not even have the nutritional tools to battle this.
*Symptoms of estrogen dominance include:
-Fat storage (hips, butts and thighs in women and belly fat in men)
-Irritability/Outbursts
-Water retention
-Bloating
-Gynecomastia
-Fertility problems
-PMS
-Savory cravings (especially for things such as grapefruit)
-Cellulite
-Headaches
-Poor sleep or insomnia
-Miscarriage
-Fibroids
-Heavy menstrual bleeding
-Irregular menstruation
-Hot flashes
-Hair loss
-Varicose veins
-Dry skin
-Joint pains / stiffness
-Candida / fungal infection
-Histamine intolerance
So what can you do about this?
First of all if you are a woman with over 25% body fat, read the thread on how to effortlessly get lean which will help you lose some weight in a pro metabolic way.
Fat tissue is a part of our hormonal system and our fat tissue contains aromatase, which converts testosterone to estrogen.
So after a certain body fat percentage, the more fat you have the more estrogen you will have.
Also the more estrogen you have the less active thyroid
hormone you will have which will also add to the problem.
Step 2 is addressing xenoestrogens.
This means:
-Limit PUFAs
-No eating and drinking from and with plastic
-No fancy fragrances
-No birth control
-No sweating in polyester
-No parabens
-No tap water
-No non stick pans
-Quality food to avoid herbicides and pesticides
These are the main ones.
Step 3 is having the following Ray P inspired salad 4 times a week.
You will need: 1-2 carrots, some ginger, blackseed oil, 30-50 grams of beef liver, coconut oil.
Ths salad will help you reduce excess
estrogen since the fibers of the carrot will attach to any unused endotoxins and help flush them out of the body.
Why did we add the liver?
Beta carotene, puts on overdrive the body’s needs for retinol.
Now since most people are retinol deficient to begin with, yes, the carrot
salad might help with things such as endotoxins but it will create other problems down the line.
We also did not include ACV since most women with cellulite also have developed a histamine intolerance.
Step 4 is getting rid of alcohol and phytoestrogens which can also inhibit the conversion of T4 to T3 and slow metabolism.
Step 5 is to not over do it with cardio which can reduce thyroid hormone and increase estrogen.
Step 6 is to check your vitamin D status since vitamin D
is necessary for the conversion of hormones.
Step 7 is to reduce stress if possible which will allow your adrenal glands to produce more progesterone.
This means no crazy fasts or starving yourself and not staying up all night on instagram.
Step 8 is to spend as much time under natural light as possible during the day in order to boost the synthesis of sex hormones and reduce excess estrogen.
If your skin is sensitive to sunlight, cut out any inferior oils, up the whole food vitamin C, E, K2, selenium and zinc.
Step 9 is to increase the calcium from sources such as eggshell powder after optimizing gut health in order to reduce parathyroid stress hormone.
Full thread on gut health:
Step 10 is to make sure to consume enough saturated fats since adequate saturated fat helps men to produce more testosterone and women more progesterone.
Optional step 11 is to consider either gelatin or supplementing glycine since glycine has an inhibitory effect on estrogen’s
action and can help offset excess estrogen.
Optional step 12 after making sure that you have been following the diet principles on the thread below for 2-3 months would be to supplement a small dose of pregnenolone every other day or even twice a week.
But just as beta carotene puts the body’s needs of retinol on overdrive, so does pregnenolone.
Pregnenolone is what is called the “mother hormone” and is the raw material for producing many of the steroid and protective hormones such as DHEA and progesterone.
Since pre-cursors are more effective than the actual thing most of the time, your first step (in case that you are not a woman over 30) should be trying pregnenolone and not progesterone.
If you are a woman with a lot symptoms of estrogen dominance, you can try short term
progesterone supplementation (once again this is not medical advice) which is something that should be always cycled and if you ignore this your health will get destroyed.
Step 13 since winter is coming: Get a red light device or lamp.
The winter inevitably comes with an absence of light and this has multiple catabolic effects in our biology especially for the ones that have been avoiding the sunlight during the summer for years.
Light deprivation induces a progesterone deficiency, allowing cortisol, aldosterone, estrogen and prolactin to act unopposed.
So during thw winter, get a cheap red light device or even lamp which you will use to expose yourself to red light once after you wake up and once at
sunset.
Red light helps cells produce energy and synthesize protective steroid hormones such as progesterone.
Red light will also reduce stress hormones that are being released as a result of darkness.
Something as simple as getting red light on your skin, can have such a
profound effect upon your metabolism, estrogen dominance, energy, mood and fat synthesis.
Last but not least, focus on saving your metabolism from all the dietery psyops that you were fed over the years.

That's pretty much it.
Now obviously a lot of guys experience estrogen dominance and will benefit from what you just saw on this thread as well.
