My fellow meatheads: what's the best warmup when maxing squat and bench?
I typically at 10 pounds each set and slowly work up to 1 rep max. Is that best?
Am testing bench and squat this week. Goal: 425 squat (best is 415) and 325 bench (best is 315). Need to nail it!
415 attempt one. Fail!!!

Attempt 2. Most will say it wasn’t low enough. Maybbbbbe you’re right. And mayyyyybe this is a bad angle. And mayyyybe go f yaself. This is all I have in the tank today.
We nailed 325 bench. Tried 335 and barely failed. Gas tank was empty.
Testing day is done. I’m tired. Thanks for following along.
