Top 5 exercises every man should do to be better in bed.
1. Single leg glute bridges
45 seconds each leg
Thrust as high as you can, squeeze your glutes at the top for 1 second, and control back down.
2. planks
45 seconds
Make sure to avoid sagging or arching your back.
3. Fist twist
45 seconds
Try to avoid swaying your legs and torso.
Only your hands should be moving.
You can place your heels on the floor to make this easier.
4. Knee push ups
45 seconds
Go all the way down till your chest touches that mat, and straight your elbows.
Less reps with good form > a bunch of half-reps.
5. Shoulder taps
45 seconds
Try to twist as little as possible.
If this is too difficult you can do this from your knees.
Do 2 rounds of this 3 times a week.
