The meat is not the problem, how you make it and what you used in making it can be the problem.
Cooking meat (red meat, white meat, black meat, etc) makes it healthy and edible. It makes it heart friendly. But when you fry or eat fried meat, the oil used can be a problem.
Seed oils are inflammatory. They contain inflammatory linoleic acid, which is associated with heart disease, cancer, dementia, and other health problems. Seed oils are highly reactive and unstable.
Using them (seed oils) to fry meat and eat over years will cause problems for you (e.g increased risk of heart disease, etc). Now, the meat itself is not the problem and it never was, the oil that was used is.
Same goes for eggs, the egg itself is not the problem. The problem is the oil you use in frying the egg. That’s why I advocate for hard-boiled eggs, because the oil doesn’t come in.
As it is with eggs, so it’s with meat. Cooked meat is the best. It’s healthier because the inflammatory seed oils don’t come into the equation.
