perhaps medications that you are currently on, your current lifestyle, i don’t know how your blood work looks like, i do not know if you are a man or a woman, i don’t know the goals you might have, i don’t know how much time you have for cooking and training available, i don’t
know if you struggle with hair loss, gut problems, skin issues, current and previous injuries and in general i do not know a lot of other things that determine which the optimal diet plan will be for you.
So if you treat this file as a jack of all trades nutritional approach,

Note: I do not combine certain foods for a reason.

High iron foods + high vitamin C = more oxidative stress especially since a lot of people are depleted of copper.
Adding raw milk or colostrum to meals will dilute stomach acid and so on.

*I treat supplements as tools, under certain conditions. When i have chicken, even though i rarely do and it's in a form of soup instead of straight up muscle meat, i always take some taurine*

In the weekends, i IF and eat out which basically means meat (tartare or steak for example), fish, non seed oil filled salad and some quality carbs.
That's it.
That's the ideal diet for me and it certainly won't be for you.

Now when it comes to supplements, i have probably over 30 supplements (maybe over 40) in my house but i rarely take any.
