Red Pepper & Pear Chutney

Ingredients:
1.5 c apple cider Vin
1 c white sugar
6 large red bells, diced
3-4 firm, med size pears, peel, cut 1/2inch cubes
1 small red onion, diced
1/3 c dark raisins
1.5tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp sea salt
1/8tsp ground allspice
(Pears were tiny so I used more)
METHOD
๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜ ๐˜๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜
While you are chopping, get your vinegar and sugar in a medium saucepot over high heat; to dissolve sugar and bring to a boil
Then add remaining ingredients and heat to a boil
Once at a boil reduce heat to med-high and simmer for 30-60 mins until syrupy
*make sure you stir every 10 mins or so
Youโ€™ll see the liquid thicken
Cool to room temperature and jar up.
Store in your fridge, at least 4 hours until chilled.
Will keep for weeks but wonโ€™t last that long ๐Ÿ˜‰
