This thread is in 2 parts:
The first 7 items are under $250
The last 6 items are under $50
And to get it out of the way:
None of these are affiliate links & this is not a sponsored thread.
Just sharing my list because I love reading other people's lists!

Let's dive in:
1. Ninja Foodi Airfryer.
I've cooked all of my meals just about every day in 2022—and this thing has been a gamechanger.
Meat, vegetables, potatoes, I dump anything & everything in there and it comes out perfectly every time.
Highly recommend:

2. Tempurpedic cooling pillow.
Imagine a pillow that is cool to the touch, and stays that way all night.
Makes laying my head down everynight an absolute *treat*
This is the one I use:

3. Nespresso VertuoPlus.
If I'm feeling fancy, I'll make my own pourover coffee in the morning.
But if I just want to get caffeinated and get to work, you can't beat a Nespresso.
The machine just *works* and it does both espresso and regular coffee.

4. Lululemon Drysense short sleeve.
I tried a handful of athleisure shirts, trying to find one I could both work out in and spend my day working in.
This was the clear winner, so I bought 5 in the same color 😂

5. Garmin watch & heart rate strap.
I started to run this year, accumulating around 600 miles in total.
My progress accelerated when I started diligently tracking & monitoring each run with a GPS watch.
Here's the watch I use: amazon.com

But the heart rate tracking from the watch is not very accurate, so I picked up a HR strap too.
Turns out I was running *way* too hard for the first ~6 months of my running journey (which is why I kept getting injured).
This strap told me to slow down:

6. Hoka One One Mach 5 shoes for walking.
Anyone whose been following me for a while knows I'm a fan of walking! (Trying to get 15k-20k steps per day)
These Hokas are my go-to shoes when I'm going out for a long walk (and I basically wear them all day):

7. Saucony Endorphin Pro 3 for running.
For the first 6 months of the year, I ran & walked in the same shoes.
Turns out this isn't a good idea because your feet get used to those shoes (which makes overuse injuries easier) AND the shoes wear out faster.

Alrighty, those were all under $250.
The rest are smaller upgrades and are under $50
Let's keep it rolling:

8. Incense sticks & holder.
I've been intentional about crafting my apartment work & living environment for relaxation & focus.
Burning incense during the day when I'm working and during the evening when I'm relaxing has made me far more present.

10. Chamomile & lavender tea.
The ultimate sleep cocktail is pairing this tea with some handwritten brain-dump journaling.
I usually only finish half the cup before I find myself dozing off.

11. Back of phone sticky card holder.
I realized this year I only need 1 credit card and my ID at any given time.
So getting rid of my wallet & combining it with my phone was a no-brainer.
1 less item I can misplace!

12. Simple Modern 84-ounce water bottle.
When I bought this, I found myself drinking at least 2x as much water as I was drinking when I had a 32-ounce bottle
(I think it's because I had to fill it up fewer times.)
1.5 of these per day = 1 gallon

13. Micro (0.5 and 1.25 pound) weight plates.
I've been diligently tracking my workouts throughout the year (logging every set, rep, and weight for every movement).
These have made my progress much more consistent.
And I wrote a whole thread on them!
