Your guaranteed framework for success:
- Train for 1 hour
- Write for 1 hour
- Learn for 1 hour
I've spent the last 18 months following this and this is what I’ve learned
(and how you can use this same framework to conquer 2023)
1 hour per day training (Weights & Martial Arts)
By consistently training every day I have:
β€’ Lost fat
β€’ Gained muscle mass
β€’ Reached a new level of confidence
β€’ Gained a skillset (self-defence) which makes me feel powerful every day
β€’ Built mental discipline
How weights and martial arts will benefit you:
β€’ You feel more energy
β€’ Your mood is elevated
β€’ You sleep better
β€’ Your daily interactions are smoother
Health is wealth.
Invest 1 hour per day in your training.
If you can't do 1 hour.
Do 30 minutes.
Lessons learned:
1. Nothing is as rewarding as building yourself and your body
When you see yourself physically transforming in the mirror - this is your life changing in front of you.
2. Physicality = Mentality
The stronger your body is, the stronger your mind.
1 hour per day writing (Twitter, Medium, Email List)
By consistently writing every day I have:
- Gained over 6000 followers on Twitter
- Gained over 1600 followers on Medium and growing
- Earned $1000s of online
Build an online presence by writing.
That’s your plan for 2023.
How writing every day will help you:
β€’ You gain clarity
β€’ You learn communication
β€’ You learn business and sales
β€’ You build a valuable audience
β€’ You create a digital asset which pays you $1000s
β€’ You become a creator and not a consumer
Lessons learned:
1. Consistency wins
My writing sucked when I started.
Now I get comments every day telling me how amazing it is.
It's about daily improvement.
2. Writing has unlimited leverage
You write a piece of content and the world will see it.
Now that's power.
1 hour per day learning (courses, physical books, audiobooks)
By consistently learning every day I have:
β€’ Gained and applied knowledge on subjects such as Finance, Psychology, Business
β€’ Improved my speaking and communication skills by expanding my vocabulary
How reading (and applying the knowledge) will benefit you:
β€’ You become an interesting individual (due to your knowledge)
β€’ You keep your brain sharp (reading is mental exercise)
β€’ You gain information others don't have (which puts you in a unique situation)
Lessons learned:
1. Most people don't value education
When you decide to learn and read if you're curious and want to succeed.
Unfortunately, most people give up this curiosity as they leave the education system.
2. Apply your knowledge
Simply reading = procrastinating
Conclusion:
This framework will set you up for success in all areas of your life.
When you train, learn and write.
You're improving body, mind and soul.
Success is a natural byproduct of the work you put into these 3.
You must be the best version of yourself.
Good luck.
