10 habits that are killing your brain slowly:
1) Poor diet
• Candy
• Fast food
• Packaged food
These have little nutrients.
Your brain gets crappy fuel to function.
They destroy your physical and mental health.
Excess sugar also causes obesity and diabetes.
It’s simple - eat real whole foods most of the time.
2) Smoking
No surprises here.
Smoking reduces oxygen flow to the brain.
It also has a strong correlation with:
• Dementia
• Alzheimer’s
• Lung cancer - and these cells can manifest in the brain too
3) Not enough sunlight
Sitting in the dark all day kills brain cells.
It can also lead to mood swings and depression.
Your brain needs natural sunlight every day.
Whenever you get a chance, go outside and get some sun.
4) No exercise
Rest is important.
But only when earned.
Lethargy leads to diabetes & heart disease.
They directly link to degenerative brain disease.
• Join a gym
• Go out everyday
• Walk around the block

5) Multitasking

A glass of wine is fine.

Stop or limit alcohol. If you can’t, get help.
7) Sleep deprivation
Chronic lack of sleep leads to:

Focus on quality sleep each night by limiting:
• Alcohol
• Screens before bed
• Caffeine later in the day
Aim to get 8 hours of high quality sleep every night.
8) Not engaging your brain
Your brain is a muscle.

• Play sports
• Solve puzzles
• Do creative work
• Engage in intellectual conversations
