Instead of being at the same timeβ
I fit it in whenever I can.

On days I have a ton of meetingsβ
I pull back a bit and take it easy.
When I have less going on, I kick my own ass.
So my intensity in the gym is inversely correlated to the intensity of my day.

Sometimes I just do cardio to get my blood moving.
Others I'll full send and do strength training.
The goal isn't to bust my ass every time.
The goal is to stay consistent.
As long I get a workout in, that day's been a win.
