I always cringe when health coaches make people do all of these weird cleanses and supplementation routines.
Regular foods can act as powerful detoxification tools as well.
Examples:
Raw milk can decrease the gastrointestinal absorption of lead and cadmium toxicity.
Oysters, berries, camu camu and acerola cherries can reduce blood levels of aluminum.
Almost all quality animal products (except dairy) can help you battle methylmercury due to their selenium content.
Quality raisins will displace fluoride from the glands.
Granny smiths apples can increase the excretion of aluminum.
Quality organs can aid in bisphenol-A detoxification.
Carrots will bind excess estrogens in the gut.
The list is truly endless.
The problem is that most people don’t know these (if you’re on my email list i send
an email about this a month or so ago i think).
Reason why my clients get these results in days.
It's not random.
Every food if used properly is a tool which if used properly can massively transform your health.
Don’t let these people ruin your health in the name of "detoxing" or "cleansing".
I know people whose kidneys are fcked for a lifetime from a hippie parasite cleanse.
Allow food to be your medicine and treat everything else very skeptically.
