Please don’t remove carbs like rice, wheat, etc from your diet unnecessarily or randomly. People who suggest to do this are suggesting to make you lose quick 2-3kg to show you the faux progress.
You belong to carb eating country and region. You deserve to eat and enjoy carbs.
You cannot live without carbs, socially. You must learn the quantification of carbs though. Carbs don’t make you fat, overall calories does.
Someone is making you quit carbs for 3 months is pushing you in a deep hole of rebound weight gain, which is a nightmare.
Everytime you regain fat, it becomes more difficult to lose it again. Someone put me on keto in 2015 and I am still facing the consequences of that. Learn from my mistakes.
All of these people had carbs in their diet with amazing blood reports as well.
They had amazing energy levels, good physique and great social life as well.
