Make nose breathing a habit at all costs

Mewing has been a gamechanger for me. Keeping my tongue firmly pressed on the roof of my mouth has become a habit.
This, sinus rinses, and mastic gum has helped me breathe exclusively out of my nose, even with a deviated septum
Habitual nose breathing has supercharged my athletic performance, enabling my body to better leverage oxygen & improving my recovery time between BJJ rolls
