candida, gut-related brain fog and H.Pylori.
So, sit down, take notes and let’s begin.

Let's start by taking out all gut irritants and also providing certain nutrients and lifestyle factors that without these, no one’s gut can be healthy.
After all, how are we even going to heal something if we keep irritating it and not proving what it needs by default in order to operate at its best?
So we will begin with the list of foods and drinks that even though a healthy person can have every once in a while without

significant side effects and even some of them can be used as strategic healing tools under specific circumstances, a person whose gut health is compromised can not and he or she needs to take a break from them.
The most dangerous dietary irritants for a person with compromised gut health are:
-NSAIDs
-Coffee
-Any form of caffeinated teas
-Alcohol
-PUFAs (this includes pork and salmon)
-Phytoestrogens
-Gluten
-Tap water
-Legumes
-Nuts

1. Raw vegetable juices ONLY in between meals can help some people especially with SIBO but it’s still better to avoid them if you’re just starting to heal your gut.

2. Small amounts of raw garlic can help people who can’t use alternatives such as blackseed oil.

The only thing it means is that for the vast majority of people with severe gut issues, a 2-4 month break from these can be beneficial.
So what can you eat and drink then?

But since B vitamins are heat sensitive, you will
need to consume some of them (egg yolks and oysters for example) raw and you should never overcook your red meat.

pathogen overgrowth among other things.

Then, you will need a source of beta cryptoxanthin in order to saturate the mucosal layer of the intestinal system.

So given that you are not afraid of normal dietary doses of retinol and consuming some type of quality organ meat even twice a month, foods such papayas, mangos, peaches and pumpkin will greatly improve the health of your gut.
Now here’s how i’d approach a clients' diet given what we just discussed.

hour and then we’d add some fruit and some good easily digestible animal protein such as 200 grams of sausage (sausages if prepared properly and are not normie ones filled with artificial sweeteners, heavy metal filled spices and so on are some of the most easily digestible foods
that you can find).
That’s a good breakfast in my opinion, which provides enough minerals and B vitamins.
Then in between meals i’d add some of the gut supportive tools that will be presented in a second.

For lunch and dinner, they could usually choose from a variety of
animal products such as bone in beef, bone in game meat, white fish (if they could get some of decent quality), oysters, organs 1-2 times per week and some carb sources such as fruit, unheated honey (don’t start consuming regular honey and then blame me because your gut got
wrecked. I’ve never promoted pasteurized honey) or honey comb, add coconut oil, cold pressed red palm oil for vitamin E, cold pressed blackseed oil which is crucial for its unique antimicrobial properties (just do not consume 1 bottle of it per day) and some organic seaweed
once/2 weeks since iodine is crucial for antimicrobial peptides,.

Month 4-5
If they did fine on month 3, on month 4 we’d add more K1 rich food sources such as asparagus cooked in tallow 1/week.
If they did not (very rare), then we’d wait 1 more month and add them on month 5.

We obviously do not pair too many foods at once though since the more foods you pair, the highest the digestion time will be.

So this plays a big part in the process as well and last but not least we never pair raw vegetables with meat.

-Lack of sunlight

And some tools that you can use in order to improve your digestion are:
-Wim hof breathing
-Magnesium
-Mastic
-Ginger tea
-Glycine
-L glutamine on empty stomach
-Chamomile tea
-Coconut water straight from the coconut
-Lactoferrin (after the first 2-3 months)

That's it.
Nothing fancy but again a strategy that if you implement, you will find out very soon how good it works.
